About Our Servers
Just like every other hosting company worth its salt, our servers are managed by a qualified staff 24x7x365 in a secure, climate-controlled facility. We use Unix servers with the CentOS operating system, and WHM/cPanel web hosting control panel software.
Each server has a Pentium 4 processor or better, 2GB of RAM, and is connected to a top-of-the-line network to ensure 99.999% uptime and unparallelled speed. Software and operating system updates are automatically performed and key services are pinged continuously to ensure they are up.
Our main website folders are backed up nightly to a remote location. And finally, while each of these servers is capable of hosting about 400 websites, we have developed a proprietary "server load score" that enables us to keep the number of websites and services on each server at an optimum level, then we'll get another one so no server becomes overloaded.
